When you become a stockist you will have access to your own account with us and can easily log in and order more stock at wholesale prices through our online portal at any time.
Minimum Quantities
Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale orders. Please refer to our online ordering portal for information on each product, as pack sizes vary.
Invoicing
All first orders are prepaid and subsequent orders are on a 7 day payment term, unless a longer payment term has been previously agreed in writing.
Freight
All prices exclude freight. Freight is calculated according the volume of your total order and will be added to your tax invoice. For international orders you will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped.
Damaged and Cancelled Items
We inspect every product carefully before sending it to you. If you do receive a damaged product please contact us at returns@pomelohome.com.au and quote your invoice number, within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
We usually request photos to confirm that the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, but we do reserve the right to request that items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund. Please ship in protective packaging, as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Once we have received the item back in good order and confirmed the fault or damage, we will refund both the cost of the item and the shipping costs or provide a replacement item.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods or change of mind.
Prices
Prices shown on order forms are exclusive of GST, prices online are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced.The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (www.pomelohome.com.au) and on our price lists. Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.
Overdue Accounts
All goods supplied remain the property of Pomelo Home until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.
Third Party Websites
We do not permit any of our wholesale customers to sell on third party retail websites (within Australia or internationally). We supply products to you to sell in your own store (bricks & mortar, market stall and/or online) only.
Product Images
We are happy to supply product images upon request. We request that you do not lift/copy images from our website without obtaining permission as they are subject to copyright laws. Styled imagery cannot be supplied to our wholesale customers.
Agreement of Terms
By placing an order with Pomelo Home you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
